These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of the products/services provided by Jolivier Pottery (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), located at 26 Pinecrest Plz #122, Southern Pines, NC 28387-4301, and apply to all transactions and interactions between Jolivier Pottery and its customers (referred to as "you" or "your").
To qualify for wholesale pricing, we require a copy of your valid Sales and Use Certificate. Please email a copy of your Wholesale Certificate to michelle@JolivierPottery.com.
All wholesale orders must meet product minimums which vary from product to product, and are listed on our wholesale product description sheets.
We adhere to Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) to ensure fair competition and prevent undercutting. This policy encompasses all forms of advertising, including brick and mortar stores and online platforms, as well as various media channels. The prices quoted for our wholesale hand-built pottery limited batch ceramics do not include shipping or delivery charges. The actual shipping costs will be determined based on the size and weight of the packaged items. We will provide you with the shipping/delivery costs once the box(es) are packed and ready for delivery. If multiple shipments are required due to the readiness of the products, we will discuss the preferred shipping method with you.
Shipping Damages - You are required to inspect all items for damage before the driver leaves and document any and all damages on the BOL (Bill of Lading) with photos. All claims for damaged, defective, or lost merchandise must be emailed to Jolivier Pottery within 48 hours of delivery to michelle@JolivierPottery.com. Jolivier Pottery is not responsible for transit damage. Save damaged product(s) with associated packaging.You agree not to cancel payment, contest or deduct from invoices for damage claims. Carrier's investigation will be conducted, and we will contact you for resolution. Use of a third-party shipping account releases us from any claims. Any claims and/or potential compensation/replacement of products will be forfeited if you fail to email michelle@JolivierPottery.com within 48 hours of receipt of products.
Jolivier Pottery wholesale hand-built pottery limited batch ceramics may vary slightly from the product pictures (size, shape, color and dimensions). Each item is 100% handmade to order, resulting in unique and one-of-a-kind creations. We take pride in the craftsmanship and individuality of our products, making it uncommon to produce identical items.
All orders regardless of type, are considered final sale. They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable without any exceptions. In the event of a refused shipment(s) or an authorized return, a 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges will apply.
Once we have received any payment, including a deposit, for your order, it will immediately proceed to production. At this stage, it becomes non-cancelable, unchangeable, and cannot be updated or edited in any manner. This policy applies without exceptions.

All payments made towards the deposit, shipping charges, and remaining balance are non-refundable.
All payments for our wholesale hand-built pottery limited batch ceramics are to be submitted via check or Zelle (bank-to-bank transfer). If you choose to pay by check, please send it to the following address: Jolivier Pottery, 26 Pinecrest Plz #122, Southern Pines, NC 28387-4301. For Zelle payments, please follow the instructions provided.
1. Open your banking app or visit your online banking website that supports Zelle.
2. Sign in to your bank account using your credentials.
3. Locate the section or option for sending money or making payments using Zelle. This may vary depending on your bank, so refer to your bank's instructions or contact their customer support if needed.
4. Select the option to send money or make a payment using Zelle.
5. Enter the recipient's email address: michelle@JolivierPottery.com. Double-check the email address to ensure accuracy.
6. Enter the payment amount for your Jolivier Pottery purchase. Make sure the amount is correct and matches the total amount due.
7. Review the payment details, including the recipient's email address and the payment amount, to confirm their accuracy.
8. Please add a memo with Invoice # to accompany the payment.
9. Confirm the payment and authorize the transaction. Follow any additional steps or security measures required by your bank to complete the payment.
10. Once the payment has been sent, you should receive a confirmation or receipt from your bank indicating that the payment was successful. Keep this confirmation for your records.

12. Please note that the availability and process of using Zelle may vary depending on your bank and region. If you encounter any difficulties or have specific questions about using Zelle, it is recommended to contact your bank's customer support for assistance.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Moore County, in the state of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Moore County, in the state of North Carolina.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jolivier Pottery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Jolivier Pottery website or any of our wholesale hand-built pottery limited batch ceramics or services purchased from Jolivier Pottery.
We value your feedback and encourage you to share any comments or suggestions, including feedback from your clients/customers about our wholesale hand-built pottery limited batch ceramics. Customer input allows us to make improvements and consider necessary modifications to our offerings.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Jolivier Pottery, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
By establishing a wholesale or trade account with Jolivier Pottery, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. While Jolivier Pottery strives to offer accurate and comprehensive information on our website as well as on any and all distributed materials, we acknowledge that no website is entirely immune to human or technological errors. As a result, occasional errors may occur. We retain the right to rectify such errors, even after an order has been placed, and to modify information on our website without prior notice. Jolivier Pottery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order of our wholesale hand-built pottery limited batch ceramics at any time. Jolivier Pottery maintains the right to cease all future business transactions and terminate wholesale accounts if the terms and conditions are not adhered to.
